Never take any paid services from Naukri.com. It’s a fraud company just fleecing customers. I took up their Fast Forward service wherein I was assured of weekly mailers for UNPUBLISHED jobs. Those are the internal jobs that companies don’t put up on job portals like Naukri. It’s been over 1.5 months now and I haven’t got a single mail for that service.
I submitted customer complaints on their site twice. It’s been two days and not even an acknowledgement has come, leave alone a response.
When I called the customer care they said that job mails are being sent! Those morons don’t understand that those are regular job alerts for jobs "on their portal". Anyone can create a job alert for free for Naukri.com for jobs already on the portal. Why would I pay money for such alerts!
Be Altert and Be safe do not spend your hard earned money for naukri.com. They are just a FRAUD COMPANY trying to fool customers into taking up their paid services. Stay away, be safe.
