Pros of the purchasing recruitment services from naukri.com
There are very limited pros of it,
First benefit is that it is recruitment services provider website which provides recruitment to the person who are searching jobs .
Second benefit is that it is online .
Cons of it as per my real personal experiences of taking such services are as follows;
It never solves the problem of jobs, recruitment of the persons who want and go to this website, people go on searching for years and years but people donot get the job, I had not get the jobs with the help of this recruitment firm when 10 years ago I started searching for the job but now I started my own business and organization 6 years ago and giving jobs and recruitments to the person who needs it and there is no need to search job for myself as if working then why should I need a job it’s a commonsense and I stopped searching job for my self as my own setup organization given that job but naukri.com never helped me to get the job that’s the issue inspite of giving registration charges on it .
I became frustated of not getting job from this website some .
It is not user friendly as it never listen to your voice it does what other bad people think .
It never provides information in depth only one can get brief of it .
No better services and support .
Instead made fun of me by saying why I was searching for the job as searching of job is a habit of maddness and sickness, that’s what the staff of naukri.com says.
Their Recruitment staff harass people who were looking for the jobs by saying that " if your parent have property and income then why should you want to earn money and do the job, this is what they said to me at that time " such a humulating people .
I wonder if so such a mentally then why were they doing jobs as their parents were also had the jobs and earning income then they must leave the job and sit at home without doing the work and earning money income .
other narrow thinking was that if I do the job and earn money then I will become the father of my father and husband of my mother and they said to me that I put this negative bad thinking in my mind and start imagining my mother as my wife and made sexual relations with her by thinking that I am making sexual relations with my wife not my mother and nothing is bas in it as and when I start or do job and earn money, how disgusting half minded, mad people and sick people were they and think other people fools that they donot know what is good and bad thing, act .
That’s why I am raising my voice and writing against such people through this mouthshut.com website how mad people work there .
Last con was that it takes too much time to recruit people and provide jobs to them take my real experience it wasted my 10 previous years without working and earning money which I could be by doing and going for job by not providing recruitment and job to me . I am giving punishment to all people one by one who wasted my earning income by getting me my job which I could be this is just a beginning .
Last con is that the people who are recruited by them donot get much salary . It makes fun of the people who go there to get job by giving small chillar of salary like INR 1500 as if which is given to the illiterate servant of house instead of INR 300000 to INR 400000 per annum of salary package to the people who have done post graduation of graduation in commerce honours degree line in big education line .
Suggestions to the persons who are looking for the job from this website is that search from other good website if you donot want to face such problem which I had faced otherwise you will be insulted by small chillar salary and others.
