Just upload your CV and mention your profile carefully. Don’t go for the paid services. When I took the paid services from Naukri, that time I got substantial jobs from Monster without any services though. So, don’t take any paid services.
If you ask me personally, I have found Monster is far better than Naukri as they have better transparency about the jobs than Naukri.
