I had taken NaukriFastForward service as I needed urgent job change and to enhance my chance in job market by getting some professional help in building the Resume.
When their executive contacted me over phone the gave me nice presentation as expected. He said he’ll be my one point contact for eveything and through out the service he’ll keep in touch and help me in any problem. Well I last heard of him the day I paid for the service.
About resume writing service they asked me to wait for few days for crafting the 1st draft of the resume. After 1 week I got the 1st resume, not to mention after some calls from my side. I gave them feedback of the 1st draft the very day I had it. The person who was appointed for my resume writing he called me up only once before 1st draft and ever since I called up customer care service to talk to anyone from resume service team but nothing worked. The number they provided me to contact resume writing team never worked as none picked up the phone when I rang them up.
Anyway after several calls from my side to customer care I finally got the final resume from one lady who wasn’t in fact my resume writing person at the beginning, that was very surprising! So one part of my service got over finally with exactly the same copy of 1st draft of my resume. Anyway, I accepted it and requested them to activate my other services since I needed the interview calls urgently.
But I hardly knew that the experience I had with resume writing team was just a beginning for the remaining services I was supposed to get.
After activating the Jobs On Move service I got only irrelevant jobs sent to me via SMS. I informed them via mail and called up customer care several times but that didnt solve the problem. The kept on saying someone will call me back but as I suspected I indeed received the call only when the SMS service was about to get over, had only few SMS left. Getting frustrated on these I started blindly applying the SMS they sent me and some of them were even very funny.
They mailed some jobs along-with my CV as per the service I had with them. When I went to check the jobs they auto applied I found all of them are irrelevant to my profile, same like SMS service.
Now, 1more thing. I saw a job opening on their site posted as "29th Dec 2011" so I applied as it was matching my profile. But then I found that company’s number and called them up. To my surprise the contact HR person told me that they don’t have any such job opening! I was shocked! So should I even feel that Naukri.com is displaying all the fake job posting on their site then?
Now, they are supposed to display my resume for 6 months on their portal but I’m not sure how far that works or whether they are really posting it since we cant check that for sure and the way things are going on I seriously doubt that even.
Oh, yes, there is no point of calling customer care service too often coz they’ll disconnect the call if you complain more and request for better service from they part.
Tbh, I’m really shocked, surprised and disappointed from them.
