I haven’t used paid services so far on naukri.com
As I believe if the client they can search our resume on Naukri.com and call for interview.
I am getting job alerts on my email id regularly from naukri
It is very user friendly site to enter our experience details and upload resume
I got lot of calls from employer registered on naukri.
It doesnt take much time to load.
I recommend all the jobseekers to register their profile on Naukri as the service is free of cost.
I have no knowledge about paid services so I cannot give much opinion about that
