I had registered on naukri.com in the beginning of this month.when I received a mail from a prospective employer, I decided to give them a fresh resume.As I was searching for resume writing services on their website I got a call on my mobile from them asking whether I would like to pay for the services.I wanted my resume as fast as possible so I agreed to pay them for express services, through netbanking but they refused to accept that and started forcing me to pay through my debit card.They kept on calling me on my mobile and started again to convince me to go for premium services which was charged double.
I refused for that and as they continued pestering me, I told them I have to disconnect the phone.Then they debited the money(Rs 3485)for express service which promised me my resume within 6 working days.This was on 8th of august.Today is 20th and I have still not got my resume despite calling them repeatedly, and sending them multiple emails.They always reassure me on the phone, that my case will be considered but nothing happens.I had a call for an interview for which I had to go with a hand written resume. I have lost my money but I would like to warn people to think many times before buying this product.The reason given for the delay was that due to some problem with my server, they were not receiving my mails. But no one bothered to call me on my cell to report this, when at the time of making payment, they kept calling me on my cell.
I think their service is express only in debiting the money from vulnerable people.
