I didnt had a great experience with Naukri,
Job postings at Naukri are more or very crowded and it has never ever landed me at a job.
I have always contacted the companies directly and have got the jobs.
Some of the recruiters I have found at Naukri demand for money for giving Job it makes it veey difficult to sort out right opportunity as there are too many job listings.
Even after finding a right job when it comes to applying we again have to fill the whole form, we cannot apply with Naukri’s data and at some websites we have to create an account on company’s website before applying.It makes it veey complicated as firstly we have to use naukri.com then another account for the applied company.
Naukri has to understand that anyone coming to apply for job should have a seamless experience in its application process.
I dont reccomend naukri.com.
