Hi friends. When I completed my degree all my friends and faculties asked me to create account in naukri and upload my profile. I did the same but till date out of 10 job suggestions 5 to 6 are not relevant to my profile. Sometimes all the suggestions are not relevant at all. They are using their own filtering system or what I dont know, but I feel instead of waiting for their suggestions, we can directly connect to the HR details provided there.
