I am an engnieer with over 10 years of Field experience, the reason why I am sharing experience with you guys is, I believe this would definately help those who are dreaming about their future.
First of all Both Naukri and Times are only job portals and they would not assure you any jobs.
Many of us know naukri as if they are working for each and every one of the registered members, This statement is not at all true. Same applies for Times jobs also.
What these portals really do is they work efficiently on those profile who are paid members.( Paid some amount for Resume drop, Resume preparation) .
But here the key point is I availed Resume droppoing service, this service is all about sending your CV directly to the employer. From both naukri and times here are the few differences I noticed
- I availed this service from naukri around 5 hears back by paying 3.5K( Remember 5 hears back) .
I did’t get any proper response from any empolyers that the naukri claim they have sent my CV to.
- But 3 Months back I availed the same service from Times for 2.2K . You wont beleive but it is true.
They have not shared the employer details for whom my CV had been sent, but indirectly I started receiving calls from the employers( I felt very happy) .
Guys this is my real time experience. Though I have not got any job, I felt it is better atleast I am getting a proper response from the employers.
Good news ah. this is one of the example I took to let yoh know about these two.
