Nav Bharat is a Times group company, which is a big company with a corporate environment. My friend Ankit is a journalist in this company. He has been working for 5 years now and have received significant career growth both in terms of salary and position.
It is good as a company but its news is not completely reliable as Times of India or Economics Times has, Navbharat times has exaggerated news with a fun flavor in the news, which sometimes change the meaning of an important or a serious news. This factor has made the newspaper quite popular although not liked by me
Coming to the working environment and job security, being a big brand it treats its employees in best of the manner with the good working environment, job security, good retirement plans plus other welfare activities for its employees.
