I had booked a Scorpio with NBS International Chowpatty through a DSA. I had payed 80, 000 Rs as as Booking amount to NBS international. I was also given a receipt for the payment. Later when I had to cancel the booking due to some personal reasons, I was told that they cannot return the money to me as the money was never paid and they wanted me to go ahead with buying the car.
When I inquired and spoke to manager, I came to know that out of 80000 Rs only 10000 was paid towards NBS international and the rest was missing. This was ridiculous. I approached the sales person Sunita Koul and she told me that I cannot get the money back due to some reasons. I was about to approach the Consumer court for this and threatened NBS international.Later came to know that there was some conspiracy led by Sales representative Sunita Koul and DSA guys.
i would strictly recommend , not to go with NBS international in fact opt for some other showroom to book a Mahindra vehicle.
