Very poor customer support

I used nCarry.com as it is official partner to deliver Micromax funbook. I ordered Micromax funbook from the site and specified color as midnight black. There was no information about shipping for few days. Once shipping information was there on the site, it was not updated for another 3-4 days. In between I tried to contact their customer support for status but there was no reply. After that I sent them an email but there was no reply to email as well.


Finally I received the Micromax funbook. The color was not midnight black but it was Slate Grey and there was no information on how to obtain Tata photon 3G dongle anywhere which was highlighted in bold everywhere on the site. Simple information won’t have hurt. When I contacted customer support it took countless attempts to reach them. When call connected they told me without shame that since we do not have midnight black we shipped slate grey. For Tata 3G dongle one need to go to Tata docomo showroom, which is not mentioned anywhere.


Overall customer support experience was very bad. The support numbers are not reachable many a times. They do not respond to emails as well. For any online shopping site communication is the key but nCarry.com does not know what the importance of communication is.


Above all the tablet delivered was faulty. The support person told me that they would arrange for replacement. I contacted them multiple times but still not received any communication. I do not know if I need to live with faulty product forever.


My advice would be to stay away from nCarry.com at all cost and if you are planning to order Micromax funbook from nCarry.com then stay away from Micromax funbook as well.
