Hello guys, I went to Neelam Picture Palace 4 days ago to watch the movie hichki. It is located in Barh, Patna.
It is located very near to my grandparent’s home that’s why I chose this place for watching the film. While coming out from the theatre after the end of the movie I was totally regretting my decision of going in this theatre.
Ambience: The floor was very dirty and dusty. There were wrappers thrown on the floor everywhere and it was stinking too. The chairs were very uncomfortable and there was not much space between the successive rows and that caused lots of problem to many people including me. The washroom was the worst place and it seemed that it is not cleaned for a year and it was stinking so bad that I had to cover my nose with my handkerchief and then only I could go to the loo.
Ticket prices: The ticket prices were average. It was not too expensive but also not too cheap, but the of lack of services which they had I personally don’t think we should pay any money to them.
Picture and Sound Quality: The screen was very dirty and it was unable to show clear pictures. The color resolution was also very poor. The sound system was very poor and of low quality. The sound was too loud and also not quite sharp to hear every dialogue properly.
Value for money: After inspecting every aspect of this theatre, I could confidently state that they don’t deserve any amount of money to be paid and they are just fooling every people and wasting their time and money. They are not spending anything for providing services to the audience or maintaining the hygiene in the theatre.
So I would lastly recommend everyone to avoid this theatre.
