I went to Dadar station west to get a bus from Mumbai to Pune. there are many booking offices on the footpath. as I was going to the Maharastra government buses (which are standing below the flyover) a man came to me saying that a Volvo is leaving for Pune in 5 minutes. the ticket was same as Maharastra government buses so I paid him and he sat me in the bus.
the bus was only 14-15 people full; and it did not start in 5 minutes. after sitting for 30 minutes I asked the man why the bus has not left when he said me it will leave in 5 minutes before paying the ticket. he got angry and told me to wait inside bus. I asked him to give my money back but he refused that also. he said that they have setting with police and police will not hear my complaint. I had to go back to bus; and I saw the Maharashtra government blue AC Volvo buses (shivreni) leaving the bus stand very quickly. I think 3 shivreni buses left in full condition before our bus started. in total I waited for an hour after paying for ticket.
never opt for this cheaters and liars. they sell tickets saying bus starting in 5 minutes and the bus never starts on time. I reached late in Pune for my meeting and coming back I paid for the government Sivreni bus only. they have same price, but good buses and they run on time. I reached Mumbai in sharp 140 minutes!!!
Neeta travel is fraud and cheat.
