I need to go to Mumbai from Pune (My HOMETOWN) many times regarding my work and for my relatives,
Previously when Neeta started I found the service very very nice,
The bus at Time, Cleanliness in the Bus, There must be a beautiful movie throughout the Travel Time , They use to give you a water bottle and news paper, there were a freshener spraid inside the bus, there were no Halt in between pune more than 2 Min. and because of all this we were like What a beautiful service it is. also when we are in Mumbai we even never let to know when it came.
Now its getting horrible.
The bus is not on Time it is always 20 min. to 30 min late , They took at least one hr. to get out from Pune city, They give you full sightseeing of Pune in the same Ticket Charge which is not needed and even irritating, The Bus is not at all clean, There is a stinking inside even ones I came across with a broken seat (Thank God the bus was not full else either I need to seat at the seat near to Driver or needed to travel standing). There were no Movie now a days in Neeta hence dont even think about water bottle and news paper.
The Only thing which is benefitial with Neeta is you can book the Ticket by Phone.
