It’s pathetic hospital. Staff is highly in cooperative. Be it billing, reception, TPA dept. They don’t work at all. You feel like banging head on wall while talking to them. Out of 2 lifts 1 is normally out of order. Remaining one takes 30 minutes to complete 1 round from ground to 11 floor and back to ground floor. I experienced AC in room no 608 not working. There is no ventilation in room either. It’s like hell in this room. Patients feels suffocation but no one is concerned from maintenance side. Room is stincking.
It takes 8 hours to complete the billing after patient gets discharge.
Pls avoid the this hospital or be ready to face such issues and rude and careless behaviour of staff.
