I had an opportunity to travel for "Nav dwaraka tour" conducted by "Nepal Pilgrim Travel" from 2nd April 2011 to 10th April 2011. Our tour has commenced from Jaipur and ended in Ahmedabad.

Bad about the tour & tour operator
Very bad attitude exhibited by the Tour operators Deepa and Sunil throughout the tour
They promised English/Tamil guide through out the tour. Only in few places they have arranged Hindi guide, of the remaining days no tour guide was provided. We traveled from Bangalore to join the group, hoping that we would get Tamil guide. We were disappointed.
Tour operator & owners are very arrogant. They never guided & provided appropriate instructions from day 1. On 2nd day of the tour, one gentlemen forgot the room key and carried with him in the bus. After travellign 20kms in Jaipur, the gentlemen asked to travel back to hotel and return the key. This was done to teach a lesson :-(. Also remaining yatris had to wait for 2 hours on the road
Hygiene environment not used for preparing the meals, and hygiene procedures not followed. One day road side water was mixed with the Curd ... Few peole observed this and didn’t consume curd at all.
When we requested to driver to go-slow when road bumps are there, they riduculed us saying if we are capable, we can drive the Bus. And they used to pass very sarcastic comments with other yatris and among them selves. This is not the way to treat the yatris.
On the last day . One yatri has falled ill due to allergic reactions and fever, and that day was full day travel 400kms from Somnath to Ahmedabad. Tour operator saw the plight of the yatri, but didn’t bother.
On reaching Ahmedabad outskirts, bus has stopped for a while (private buses not allowed to enter the city between certain hours). When we tried to enquire driver what time buses would leave, then Deepa was taking unnecessary fight with us, why we are talking to driver directly, and engaged in a verbal fight. Her husband Mr. Sunil asked one of the yatris to get out of the bus, because yatri has asked Deepa not to speak as she is making fun out of another fellow yatri’s illness.
- On the another day tour operator taking picture of a peeing yatri and seriously shared the photoes with all the yatris and threatened to post it to internet. Mistake of that yatri is he is peeing closure to a temple complex. Who has given tour operator - a lady, to take a picture of a peeing gentlemen and post it in the internet.
I am ashamed of travelling with such an arrogant operator, and hope they transform themselves a better operator. I hope the attitude of the tour operator may change in the future.
