I am an ex-employee of Ness Technologies, Bangalore. With my personal experience I am writing few lines.
To work in Ness, person need not be good in technical aspects. He/she should be good in politics, ready to do anything for manager, good in buttering etc.
Some EDCs(Maximus, Acresso) in Ness are not safe for female employees . As some managers expectation goes beyond the professional limits. If employee does not fulfill their needs then lots of irrelevant complaints will be logged against them.
If the employee complains againt such managers, no action will be taken against the manager, instead junior employee who complained will be under trouble of losing job.
HR managers does not have qualities to understand the employee or they dont have quality to solve their problems. Instead they always try to find the ways to save their job.
Last but not least, HR and Facility people are the most hard working employees of Ness, to spend money on irrelevant activities to showcase their presence. Ex: "Birds Bath"
