Only benefit I can consider is salary that do you have to demand like 200% hike while joining the organization (don’t worry they will definitely give it). But You will not get a even Rs 1/= increment after that in your life time.
This oraganization is simply devastating the Human resources and thier talents. There is no scope for the resource with more that 5 years of experience, But simply they hire resource and treat them as developers... Pure developers. Honestly in EDC model organisation there is no scope for career growth etc...
My EDC head in my first meeting with him the first day, the first line he is starting with "This organization also driven by Politics as like couple of other organization". I should have resigned the same day, but I thought its OK. But realised after 14 months. Without tolerating things, I resigned the organization.
Simply You want to make more money in a year and don’t worry about your career for one year, Cool Just join and enjoy the money. But When you come out you may lose your talent, passion about working in IT company. May be lot to lose here.
As mentioned in other review comments, you have to work as a slave (REAL SLAVE , I mean it.) to the managers.
