Ness is a company which works on use & through policy. Top management is only interested in money.
HR: Interested only on cultural events. Don’t reply mail on time. No knowledge of HR policies. Don’t how they features in top 20 employers.
Finance: Upset with salary of Software employees. They also want such salary. Works like govt office people. Takes a year to clear the rembruitment and Settlement.
Admin: Looking all the time, to earn money from Vendor’s.
Recruiter: Too many recruiters employed. In recession time, there is no need for so much of them. Mostly recruits through consultants(Consultants charge for each successfull candidate). What the use of these people who can’t recruit a single candidate through themself.
Managers: Appraisal to those candidate who belongs to their region and involved in’Yes Sir’ attitude.
