We had been to this hotel last week (March 2014) and overall experience was very good.
Starting with location: First of all, this hotel is not in Munnar but 8 km away from Munnar on Cochin road. Also, the issue we found was, there was no sign board for this hotel, during or after Munnar entry. We took help of local people to find this Hotel and found after 15 minute of search efforts.
Room: We booked suite room and found that room was really very small and it contains 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Double bed was very small (may be the size was 5 by 6). Bathroom was small but clean.
Terrace: Here comes the USP. Really enjoyable view and this makes this resort worth.
Food: Superb. Very tasty and economical.
Staff: Very supportive and nice.
Overall, This place is recommended for staying.
