Deducted excess charges Nestaway technologies

Hi frnds I am going to share awkward situation faced by. My sister from Nestaway.


She stayed as a tenant in this property till 30th june 2017 and moved out  very next day.At time of vacationg manager is assogned for verufying flat for any damages sustainity.


Nothing went wrong at the time of inspection and only power bill was pending bcz my sis didnt received it by the time she is moving out.


Manager asked for her sign on that report and other flatmates for evidence.


At the tine of refund of security 2000 rupees was deducted for payment of utility bill and damages.I called customer care they said that it was for breakdown of geaser and handle lock.


We  started getting calls from flatmates to pay power bill.I suspect manager has done fraud and added comments to report.After that I signed and left.attached snapshot of that


After calling customer care they refused to address my concern and said charges were valid
