Very bad experience.

Hello guys, this is genuine review what I faced from last almost 3 years I will right all my problem here. Atleast after this I want others to be careful before renting property.




  1. Once the clock turn 12 they will start putting penalty on daily basis for they used take 500 per day. Guys in this difficult situation we also have problems.




  2. When they show other facilities I don’t think they have full knowledge of property. Which we used to stay they told there will be a lift facilities. Last three year it hardly works 3 months that also not Full.




  3. Third point facility have car parking with cc tv protection what we got is that cc tv never worked and we losed our vehicle. I raised my concern the NestAway no response.




  4. Finally we vacated 5 months before. Still I haven’t received my advance yet all this above we have contacted NestAway but now for the advance they are saying it’s with owner.






Dear people don’t take property rent from this app.


Very bad experience in my whole life. Bike which we losed it’s one of our favourite and that’s not gone replace with anything.


And also sorry I forgot to tell you one more thing recently before vacating they even tried our other vehicle also Activa bike. Lucky they couldn’t do it because we took extra precautions on the locking system. After that immediately we vacate the property.
