I took their services and I do not agree with their services. I understand, price would look lucrative to you, but understand this before you take their services. It is highly possible that you will get any defects before moving in. Post move-in you will be stuck with the deposite, onboarding charges and others fee (if applicable). When you move out, they dont guarantee your deposit refund and they would simply answer you that the owner is denying refund. For most of the case, customer executive will try to close the tickets without being reasonable.
Speaking from my personal experience, you will loose your money once you have paid.
Mark my words, you wont get any defects before moving in and you wont get your refund post move-in out. Rest is upto you
