These frauds showed me a home that had power backup. Power backup was the sole reason I rented it out and after 2-3 months of moving in, they cut the power backup. My contract was for 1 year. I had to spend 8 hrs without electricity and water supply one day. When I inquired about it, First, they didn’t reply and then they asked me to move out as they said that they won’t provide the previous amenities. They were charging me the same amount of rent without power backup. In the end, they said that nothing about the power backup was written in Contract. What kind of Fraud and shameless company does this?
