If anybody is planning to take rented home, please dont go through nest away. I am staying at Krishnamurthy Nest and getting struggle from the starting itself. I am about to complete one month here, and within this duration I dont know how many times I raised service requests. Currently we are facing power failure for the last two days and when ever calling to customer care, they are asking to raise request. But not taking any action after that. Still there is no power in this building. So I would suggest to everyone to not take any home through this app and always take rented home if there is a way to contact owner directly instead of checking with customer care services. These people are not taking any initiative on our issues and it is just wastage of our time.
