Hi,
This one is for one of the members from the social network team, named Shilpa Sharma. Kuddos to her efforts and dedication. So i happened to go to office today and during the same i fell from the bus and hurt myself very badly. I had to rush back home but to my shock, my roommate had mistakenly carried the house keys along with her to work. Through all means I tried to connect to her to get the keys but was unable to. I tried everything I could but all in vain. I even tried to connect with Nestaway but I had no clue about the House ID and the other details, so couldnt even help myself with that. I was stranded outside my house, on the road for one and half hour! Finally it clicked my mind that regarding a previous issue with Nestaway, I got in touch with this wonderful person Shilpa and had thankfully saved my number who happens to be from the Social media department of Nestaway as mentioned earlier. I was skeptical whether she could be of any help this time, but hopeless as I was, i made a call to her and told her my situation. She immediately took all the responsibility to ensure that Im inside the house in next half an hour. She took the charge of connecting with the right resource, because this definitely wasnt her department or job role, took all the efforts to reach them and kept updating me continuosly about the situation and what I should be doing. I knew I took the right decision. Also as per norms, I am supposed to raise a "key ticket" First on their application and then would receive a call from them and then the initiation of the same is done, which takes quite some time. She went beyond all this and asked the correct person from Nestaway to leave from work with the original keys of the house, so that he could reach me as soon as possible! While he was coming, she asked me to raise the request and then with a cool mind, I did. In no more than 20 minutes, the guy was at my place with the keys and I was finally home.
Shilpa, good people do exist. Youre one of them. Thank you for the help you did, way beyond your requiyand duty. I cant thank you enough for all the unrequited efforts you took to get me home. It is for people like you that humanity still exists. Thank you once again!
