I ordered for upgrading my hosting space. BUT the payment was wrongly taken for new Hosting space. When I found this, I sent several TTs to solve this issue. After struggling for solution for nearly a month when I said "I will publish this irresponsible service to media" they have cancelled my order without even sending a email for this. Accidentally I noticed this and I asked why did they do this, they simply reply "place a new order". When I try to pay through "wallet Balance" it does not work. When I asked there is no response. INCREASINGLY IRRESPONSIBLE.Net4 has grown bigger and so HAS VERY POOR SUPPORT. Pathetic situation is .
I have been their customer for more than 10 years.
