Just don’t ever go for their hosting/domain plans. They have a terrible user interface, and absolutely no support/documentation about how to use it. When you make a mistake because of the pathetic interface, they even refuse to undo it.
I purchased hosting space of 750 MB for 2 years. On their website is an option to allocate the hosting space to either database or hosting. I allocated 100 MB to my hosting, and when I was trying to allocate it to database, I was unable to see how to do it. When I called them up, they gave me unclear instructions and I ended up allocating the whole 750 MB to hosting. When I again called them to undo it so that I can allocate some space for my database, they simply refused to do so and asked me to purchase additional space! I paid Rs 1000 for another 250 MB and again when I tried to allocate it, the instruction is unclear about how to do it. Totally pathetic.
I’ll switch to another host as soon as the 2 years are over.
