I have recently developed a website with a very simple PHP form mailer which takes data from the user and sends it to my email id.
After I uploaded the forms and webpages, it worked fine for 2 days, then the form stopped sending mails. I raised a ticket and there was no response. Finally after raising 3 more tickets on the same issue and atleast 10 calls of 20 mins (hold time each) I got a solution. The BEST part is they didnt even bother to check if the solution worked or not and closed the ticket.
After implementing the solution, it worked okay for another 2-3 days and then it suddenly stopped.
As usual I raised another ticket, now the interesting story began :
I made 4 - 5 calls and asked them to escalate the issue, they provided an email id joginder.s@net4.com. I sent a mail - NO RESPONSE.
Then someone provided a solution in the ticket which was not even remotely relevant. Again the ticket was closed.
The PHP script which was working fine during testing and which still is fine if I test, started giving an error on NET4 servers. I dont know what they have done.
I made atleast 10 calls and asked them to escalate the issue, they provided an email id anamika.m@net4.com. I sent a HIGH IMPORTANCE mail - NO RESPONSE.
Then someone provided a solution in the ticket which AGAIN was not even near to the issue I had raised. Again the ticket was closed.
These people cant even resolve a simple PHP form issue (whcih was already working fine), instead they made it worse. The technical team is filled with morons which do not even read the issue and provide some stupid solutions which dont even relate to the issue.
I am taking a transfer from NET4 and would recommend not to register your websites with NET4, it is cheaper, but NOT WORTH IT in any way.
