- The 1 star is because I can’t go any below and their customer service department is what deserves the worse rating. The representatives are not just very rude but ridiculously careless. They put you on hold for long time without ever bothering to respond. They speak as if they are doing a favor to you but forget the basic fact that their jobs are to serve us and that’s their bread and butter.
The net4.in web site is damn slow. It is so confusing, you will need another birth to figure out what is where in it. I never knew how could I access my configured emails till I had to call the so called customer service(?). And the web hosting is no different either. They create some random FTP credentials and you need to call these aliens to learn about it.
In simple words, net4india is a big joke and you will need to be a fool to be their customer. I have become one before I could get it. I seriously would not recommend this to anyone and be advised to get away. There are many other providers with 110% better services at much lesser prices.
