I have bought Linux hosting from Net4India based on my previous experience of booking domain. However, this seems to be out of their league. If any visitor to my website ( http://www.rmsm.in) sends a mail through the online form, the messages are getting queued up with Net4India’s mail server.
Tried contacting customer service - just get the message that everyone’s busy (not surprising!). Logged a ticket and no response yet.
