Pathetic broadband providers, No customer support. Please don’t ever think of taking broadband from them especially Mr Jainim. They promise uninterrupted service which I have not got yet from the day we have installed the broadband. Customer care never picks up the call. they don’t even a understanding of calling a customer when they feel the complaint is resolved. PLEASE DON’T EVER THINK OF TAKING INTERNET IF YOU WANT TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS
