They lack variety in content and is expensive as it charges 500 inr per month and lacks good Indian content. Whereas their competitors of Indian origin provide both Indian and western content in abundance at much cheaper rate. The only thing I like about Netflix is their smart TV support which is not available with other apps and for me watching whole movie and shows on a mobile is not as convenient as watching them on TV.
