Its been 5 months since my purchase. The router has been working perfectly until the last week when it suddenly started drooping signals.I thought it my be the problem of my ISP, but it turned out to be routers problem.
About the router it has got single antenna, which is quite good for house with attached passes, but if you have two or more walls between the rooms, it would be an problem.Sometimes There is also signal fluctuation that cause speed reduction.
It has 4 channels, which allows you to connect your pc or expand type network area by using extra router. It has got 5 dbi External Antenna which sometimes is not that powerful.I think at 1000 rs it might not be able to satisfy your needs, If you have more that 5 devices you should go for dual antenna router. This model is not that good as other netgear models.
Although the product was not that good the customer service of netgear was excellent, They exchanged the router with the new one without any questions.
Last Words,
if your completely budget tight, then go for this router, its not that bad and should hold your needs, but if you can expand the budget 300 to 500 then there are lots of other better options.
