I ordered medicines through netmeds.com app on 6th of July 2018, paid the money through net banking and as per them it’s one day delivery.
After uploading the prescription doctor verified on Sunday evening posted the order for processing.
Till now I have not received the medicines, even after repeated follow up by me through their customer care on 10th, 12th and 13th of July 2018.
I feel they are not fit to deal with pharmacy as they don’t know the delivery TAT of the life saving drugs.
I even requested them that these medications are for my mother and she is alone, so delivery on time is important. Inspite of all my requests they are enjoying my money paid and not delivered thr
