I request the citizens of India not to place any order from Netmeds. An order was placed by me on 15th January, 2019 with expected date of delivery on 21st January, 2019.I received a message on 16th January, 2019 stating that the order has been handed over to the courier by indicating tracking id number.On 22nd January, 2019 when I checked for the delivery status;it was showing that the parcel reached the destination city followed by my request to Netmeds customer care for its delivery at the earliest.On 23rd January, 2019 I received a message that delivery was unsuccessful due to incomplete address where surprisingly delivery was made twice by them during past.On being warned for a complaint, Netmeds executive said, "You do whatever you can you have full right".This was worst ever support from their side.
