Recently I ordered 10 items from this online pharmacy.
There ware delay of more than 2 weeks for dispatching the the items. Hence I have to call the customer care several times and had to remind them for dispatch of the items.
Finally they dispatched the items. Even though they attributed the delay on the courier, I understood that the delay took part from their side only to handover the parcel to the courier. Finally afer much delay the parcel was received. The packing was good. There was 10% discount on the items.
The drawback, I observed is delay TAT taken for delivery. I had to call 3 times the support team and remind them for sending the ordered items.
