Poor delivery of goods

Can’t trust for urgent deliveries.

I placed an order NMS1806020760348M for urgent requirement on 3 June. The website promised delivery by 5 June. I uploaded prescription and all details in time and booking was confirmed. I did not receive the medicines till now(afternoon of 6 June). I followed up with Netmeds and Xpressbee Courier helpdesk but no response. I am still waiting.
