Very good

The customer service team and support are well responsive and guide in every possible way. I have been ordering medicines online since 7 years and I am very happy with their service. What I don’t like about Netmed is that sometimes they delay in dispatching the medicines so I advice if you are ordering any medicines than order atleast 7 days before you are in need.

Second thing I dont like is the shipping charge. Inspite of order above Rs 1000, they charge you shipping charge . When questioned, they say that they charge you for packaging and weight.
