An executive of netplus named Prem Shrivastav took advance amount and the signed me up on 21st April for their broadband plan for my residence in Zirakpur. He promised that the connection would be given in 2-3 days.
Nothing happened for next 10 days and this guy stopped taking my calls. He asked me to call their customer support which had no clue about the case. They asked me to email their support team. I did that and they said the connection won’t be possible because the DB was full in my society.
It strange that if the DB was full then why in the first place they wasted so much of my time and took security deposit.
I asked them to refund my security amount upon which they took so many reminders to reply.
From that day to this day it’s been over 2 months that they have stopped responding to my emails and not given the security refund.
Everyone- please save your money and stay away from this fraud company as they are not accountable for your loss.
