This Provider doesn’t care if your internet is working or not. They have made some stupid cable operators as dealers for installation who doesn’t know what they are doing. They hired technical people themselves who again have no idea what in the world is happening. On complaints, they say if it’s not working, change it to other provider. Dumb people and no good support. I switched to Airtel in the end and happy with 8 MBPS instead of 50 MBPS from Net+
