Not only is it totally free but they offer you local access numbersto call into, and this database of numbers is growing rapidly. You download a small application and register a user name and password, and your surfing. Its that simple. The only drawback to Netzero is the Ad bar that runs and flashes Advertisments at you the whole time your online. Along with FREE internet access you also get a completely FREE e-mail address yourname@netzero.net. Although I would not reccomend dumping your current PAY ISP it is worth the download to have a backup for those times when your PAY ISP goes down, upgrades, or does routine maitenance.
