NetZero-Arrogant Rude People!!!!

I signed up for NetZero yesterday 05-09-05 and I had problems from the outset. First the lines they provide are busy - had picked four!! So, I called customer service. The lady with an accent from India said she would connect me to Technical support but it would cost - GET THIS - $1.95 a minute (Did they get this idea from Porn Chat Lines?) I told her I had just signed up and could she give me a free technical support call - she puts me on hold for five minutes and comes back and says No Problem. So she transfers me to technical support. Well a young arrogant woman of black descent who had such a thick accent and mumbled I couldn’t understand a word she said, and who sounded like she had razors in her voice as she spoke because she was stressed to her limits, barked at me and said, ’’WHADDA YA WANT’’? I told her the lines were busy and I had spent an hour trying to get on at about 1pm in the afternoon and couldn’t log on and that this call was suppose to be No Charge. She screamed, ’’This Ain’t Free and if you want to talk to me it costs you $1.95 a minute’’, I repeated that the customer service lady from India who I had just talked to had told me she was going to give me the call AT NO CHARGE. I thought she was going to jump through the phone lines and strangle me, she screams again’’ I TOLD YOU IF YOU TALK WITH ME IT COSTS YOU $1.95 A MINUTE’’ and then hung up. Okay, let’s go over this - A new customer dials in - asks for help - gets charged $1.95 a minute - and can’t even get online!! I’ll be sure to reccommend NetZero to MY ENEMIES!! and to the Porn Industry.
