Hi Friends, Once again I am here to review a product which had been used by me and share my own opinion.
As per the title of my product New city point, Bhavnagar, It is a restaurent which is stand at Himalaya Mall, Bhavnagar.
let’s discuss about it’s food. The restaurent makes southindian, punjabi, chiense as well as gujarati food. The quality of food of this Restaurent is not so good as per my opinion. Specially I tested southindian, punjabi & Gujarati food there. I don’t know about chiense food of there. the quality of dhosa & uttapam of New city point is totaly bad & I think the southindian food is not even good in test compare as those which stands at road.
Now punjabi food of this Restaurent is not as good as the expectation of peoples who wants to take good lunch or dinner at very special place. the same thing about Kathiyavadi(Gujarati) food.
Now let’s Discuss about the service of New City Point, Bhavnagar.
The customer service is worst I have never seen in such kind of restaurent before. I want to like share my own experience of this Restaurent specially for Service.
one day I went there for dinner with my best buddies. we chose a table to seat & wait there for our order, I waited more than 10 minutes for water & than I waited more than 20 minutes for give my order & I feel totaly bad at that time for New city point.
There are enough staff to handle all this things but I don’t know why they are doing such a thing which is not good for their Restaurent.
The value of money for customer at that Restaurent:- As compare to the quality & quantity of food the price of every products is so high as per my thoughts there.
In short I don’t want to suggest to go there for lunch or dinner with anybody & specially when you are hungry & wants to eat some Testy food.
