I opted for them, after scrutiny of about 20 quotations (all received over e-mail/phone through Internet and known contacts) for transporting my parent’s belongings from Ganj Basoda (M.P.) to Bangalore, with apprehension as there was a huge variation in the prices across all the quotes (from Rs 18000/- to Rs 47000/-), and Ganj Basoda being a small town (70 Km from Bhopal) there is no local facility of proper packing and transportation. Despite of reservation shown by my some of friends due to their lower prices.
I finalized the whole deal over phone with Mr Azhar (owner of New Gati at Bhopal) sitting at Bangalore and was instantly at relief by the way he talked to me and instill confidence in me. At the end, the truck arrived at Ganj Basoda in time as promised, packing quality was flawless, workers were polite, and items reached at Bangalore safely except for a delay of 3 to 4 days that I gladly accepted going by the cost I incurred and that too without needing to visit Bhopal at their office.
I would strongly recommend them to any one who wishes to seek good quality services at affordable cost with pleasant experience.
