The New Indian Health Insurance company is a very bad insurance company. They make the people fools. They make fake promises to the people and make a holder of their company. The customer service of this company is also very bad. The don’t reply to our answer at any cost, they don’t care if it is an emergency case or we are in urgent. They take too much time for settling the claim. The premium they ask to pay to the customer is very much. The range of plans are also very high. The staff attitude is very bad. First they show sweetness to make the people fool and later they don’t reply properly to the customer and don’t talk with manners to the people. Really this insurance company is a very bad company.
So I recommend to take an insurance of any other better insurance company than New India Health Insurance.
