I was a regular customer of Neelam hotel until recently. I moved out from Waghbil Naka and hence can’t visit them frequently. This is not a family restaurant. If you and your friends want to chill out with drinks and good food without spending much, then this is the place to be.
No special mention for the environment. But they have a base of loyal customers. The food is excellent even though it is not presented like a five star hotel.
Drinks are cheap and services are prompt. If you just want to chill out with drinks without digging a hole in your pocket, come here and you will not regret.
