I just shifted to Pune from Nagpur.I too took quotations from many P&M in Nagpur.New Pindy’s Quotation was already higher than any other.But continues follow-ups and Promises of hustle free service, turned me towards them.Now look how this Sardar G cheats any of his customers.At Last min when my luggage was already loaded in Truck, I came to know that I have to pay extra 2500 for service Tax.Which was never stated by him any before.
Then insurance component was also not part of original Estimation.So I paid 3% of my Luggage value extra for this, He told me that I will get my Insurance papers from National Insurance in my Address within a Month.I inquired him about who will unpack age and unload my luggage there inPune these same people or someone else..Then He came with another last min trick "Are Sir unPackaging aapke taraf hai mere taraf sirf unloading hai..aur unloading ke liye mere vhaan aadmi hai .aapko mai ye pahle se bola hua hai..., aapko unpackaging kerwani hai to mere ko mera aadmi bhejna padega uska charge alag se lagega.. All I can do is accept this at very last minute.Here please mind it all other quotations I originally got, have all These components/clauses specifically mentioned. So I felt little cheated and I was paying and 8 K more and still not getting full service.
I asked him "Is there any amount more that I have to pay to your Driver or labour or any one else then pleasee tell me now, I do not want any more surprises."He said " are sir bus aub bus aap ghar pahunch jaiye aapki sub saman aram se time me pahuch jayega ..u dont have to pay any thing else."This is not over. I reached Pune and waited for the Truck as it was supposed to reach there at morning hours.
then I got call from Truck wala at noon He said “Sir I am not getting any labour and i
have to pay 300/- for ur two wheeler passing, You have pay some 1000/-
more for labour.”
i said you talk to your boss man why are u giving trouble to me. I am
not going to pay you anything.
Guys Beware of these tacticks.
then after another 4 hours in evening I got call from Truck wala Sir you
have to come down to Naka in Balewadi Pune, as I have to pay some octrai...
I called Mr Raman Jee but he didn’t talk properly and cut my call abruptly many times.
Look this is same person who calling me regularly and of course very gently before getting money.
At last it was all my luggage , i have to do settlement with Naka wala,
as they were asking me to pay 4% of value of luggage.
It seems to me it was all Mili-bhgat of Truck wala and Naka wala.
After un-packaging all stuff myself I reliazed many things are broken.
I called me again to know the status of My Policy so that I can claim
here , only to know that there was no Insurance at all.
All money was just went in his deep pocket only.
I asked "Is this kind of service u are talking about Sardar Jee?"
...According to him I was given 150% of his service..
I realized the Level of his service.
It was his 150% then what cud be his 100% ..maybe all my luggage
could never reach to me."
I should really thank him as he taught me two lessons.
Never pay 100% before you get every thing at your door.
Do not believe on "jaban" take everything written.
