Newgen software technology has been there from a long time in indian IT market. It has a reputation of product based company and has offices at various locations in India. This can be a good option for beginner in IT industry but for experienced c certainly not recommended. I received a call from newgen for interview at Dadar West office mumbai for Java J2ee opportunity. First it took me hours to locate the office and when I found it to my surprise it was very small and hardly 60 or 70 capacity. I waited for long as HR was confused for what I was there. After confirming she communicated to NCR office for my interview and instead of Java guy a Database person took my interview. That’s where the impression went wrong. If a database guy can take interview of a Java professional then how they will evaluate ones skills to assign him or her work which can contribute to the growth.
